Coming towards the end of the summer term brought about a very busy few weeks at Warning Zone. But some of us were able to spend a pleasant evening on board the Rutland Belle. On the 5th, 6th and 7th July, passengers were taken on a cruise on the scenic Rutland Water, on of the largest man-made body of water in Europe!
Whilst being wine-and-dined, passengers spent two hours on board the Rutland Belle, receiving commentary from the crew. The weather was good to us on all three evenings and Ospreys were spotted as well, one of them flying right overhead!
A massive thank you to the High Sheriff of Leicester Surinder Sharma, and the High Sheriff of Rutland for hosting the event in aid of Warning Zone. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing evening!
